RULES

We take the safety and security of our members and facility with the utmost seriousness.

The following are the procedures we ask of members when entering and leaving to better secure the facility.

1. ALWAYS use your Kisi door app even if you have someone in front of you or behind you.  You don't have to wait for the door to close, just use it as though the door is closed so it records your entry into the gym
2. If you do hold the door open, kindly remind the other gym-goer to use their app to check-in so you don't get flagged for their tailgating entry
3. This is a 3 STRIKE POLICY....
4. Strike 1 = $12 Day Pass fee
5. Strike 2 = $25 Day Pass fee
6. Strike 3 = Membership Cancellation

***Please understand these rules and procedures aren't meant to be a punishment, but rather a deterrent from what could be a potentially harmful situation if non-members are freely coming and going.
